I.Position.

1.Apple Store - Store Manager In Da Nang City (Quantity: 2)
*Job description
- Responsible for inspiring your team to create ownership opportunities for customers.
- Guide the talent that provides technical support and training, while working in partnership with the business team.
- Build and coaching team members to inspire high-performing teams of unique individuals
- Responsible for dealing with customer complaints.
- Completes store operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees; following up on work results.
- Ability to adapt to challenges while remaining calm in a constantly changing retail environment.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed. Reaching sales targets and increasing profits.

*Required qualifications
- From 25 - 35 years old. Good-looking (Female – at least 1m60 / Male – at least 1m70).
- Ability to work a flexible schedule during business hours: 8am -- 3pm or 3 pm -- 10pm (from Monday to Sunday).
- Fluent in English.
- BA/BS degree or equivalent education through work experience (high school Diploma or college required).
- Sales and sales management experience with a customer-focused, operationally excellent retail.
- Track-record in consultative sales and sales management experience in fields involving consumer technology, applications and content.
- Customer Focus, Tracking Budget Expenses, Pricing, Vendor Relationships and Market Knowledge.
- Basic computer know-how and familiarity with common business applications (web browsers, Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, etc.)

2. Sales Consultant - Apple Store In Da Nang City (Quantity: 6)

- Assisting customers to find the goods and products they are looking for.
- Answering queries from customers.

- Overseeing the receipt and storage of incoming items.
- Internet items, as to quality and quantity, against freight documents.
- Processing orders and planning the dispatching of products.
- Monitoring space and tracking stock levels.
- Maintaining computerised admin.
- Ensuring security arrangements are in place.
- Ensuring products are stocked correctly and safely
